I have probably photographed over 1,000 new and existing homes in the last 40 years as a result of being a top producing Realtor®. Many years ago I received phone calls from other friends in the business that wanted to know who I used for my photo’s and brochure work. Of course, that person was me but I was too busy to help my good friends do their photo’s or brochure work. Well, some guys work on cars, play golf or have other activities but I have always loved shooting and editing photo’s as a hobby. Several years ago I turned professional as a photographer, videographer and editor (I was paid to do the job). Because I have always highly enjoyed architectural photography I decided to officially open my doors for photo, video and drone business relating to Realtors® and homeowners. As a side note I am a licensed and insured FAA approved pilot. This is very important for the Realtor® or homeowner because of the potential liability. If a non-licensed drone pilot shoots your photo’s or video’s that accidentally causes damage or an accident some of the financial responsibly may fall back to the person who hired the pilot. Since these photo’s or video’s are used for commercial purposes ie; photo’s for MLS or on-line publications, the FAA requires the drone pilot to possess a Part 107 license to meet governmental requirements.

I can’t stress the importance of having great, clean and professionally photo’s. There are statistics that quote how much more attention that a well photographed home gets including more showings and sells faster. Will a picture sell a my house….no….only design, decorating, layout, upgrades, pricing and location will factor into a buyer’s decision. However, the way homes are sold today are much different than in days past. Sitting at their computer at 10 o’clock at night a buyers process of eliminating hundreds of homes down to a few that they would like to personally view. Those choices were probably highly influenced as a result of the photo’s viewed by the potential buyer. Therefore, in most cases it always starts with the photographs that are being viewed on-line.

I look forward to working with you and answering any question or concerns the you may have. I am out of the Menifee area and very familiar with the entire Inland Empire area.
